Over the course of last summer, my family and I moved within the Tri-Valley area -- we had to both sell a home as well as find and purchase a new home for our growing family, all in a highly competitive housing market. Keeping in mind we were juggling three kids, where one was just over a year old, along with demanding full time jobs as well. Time was something we didn't have an abundant supply of.
